Recording Tips and Tricks from the Pros who use the Diamond Instincts App:

1. Record from as close as possible but ensure you can see the entire swing path or throw. Record 2-3 swings or throws aligned with your hands face-on then down the line from behind, again aligned with your hands when you are set up.

2. Have 2-3 balls ready when recording so you limit wasted video between your swings or throws.
